Officers —Join the Neighborhood/PTA Officer List!
The latest outstanding feature for neighborhood/PTA leaders is the cross community emailer!
Community Web is excited to announce the latest upgrade to our already unsurpassed area community software, the cross-community contact module, which continues to make the lives of association leaders easier and easier. This new addition is truly a breakthrough. It allows you to find and email, telephone or mail other community leaders. Simply login to your neighborhood/PTA website, click to the Manage Your Website section, and select Find Community Leaders. You can then enter a zip, city, or state, and the system will list the community, its leader(s), and a phone number (if they have chosen to show one). You can check off exactly which people you wish to email, compose (or cut and paste better yet) your message, and send a message (no email addresses are shown). If you need to do a postal mailing, a couple of clicks and the system will generate mailing labels for you in html or excel formats. When you change officers, just enter the new information and make sure the box is checked--presto! Your new officers get all the local mail.
We are also making this module available via secure login to local governments, umbrella civic groups, and local utilities so that they can contact neighborhood leaders for emergencies or important issues. We will leave it to neighborhood leaders to decide whether to further notify residents by Community Web Mail or listserv.
In order for this to be effective, we need every community leader possible to sign up. Please forward this page to anyone you know who is active in his/her neighborhood. Directions to join the list are below:
Instructions to join if you are already registered as a community administrator:

2. Click on Manage Your Site on the My Community page (top left corner).

4. If you have existing officers, click on an officer, make sure the information is correct, and make sure the checkbox at bottom next to "Put this person on the area civic mailing list." is checked. If you receive mail from an organization from which you prefer not to get mail, simply notify them.
If you are an umbrella civic group or other civic-minded organization, please send return email to get a login.
If you aren't already using our last upgrade, the Membership, Dues and Directory module, you're working too hard! This system will make your neighborhood admin hassles disappear. We handle all membership information, dues collection and directory production. Your residents do all the data entry so you don't have to, and they can check their directory and dues listing anytime! We've put years of experience into this module--let us save you time and hassles. Send us an email to have this activated in your area. If you already have a website, we can run behind yours to allow you access to these admin tools.
